Resident Espresso (Resident Evil-Inspired Espresso)

Crafting Menu:

• 2 oz espresso (extra dark roast)
• 1 oz black cocoa powder
• 4 oz chilled milk or alternative milk
• 1 tsp simple syrup (or zombie blood substitute)
• Ice cubes (or cryo-storage cubes, depending on lore)
• Optional: activated charcoal or black food coloring for dramatic effect

Brew Steps

Difficulty: Hard Mode

1. Brew espresso strong enough to wake the undead.
2. Mix espresso, black cocoa, and syrup in shaker until dissolved.
3. Add milk and ice, then shake until potion is dark as Umbrella’s soul.
4. Pour into flask or mug labeled “Specimen #E-01.”
5. Add a thin swirl of cream on top; this is your anti-virus serum layer.

Pixel Parlor Lore Entry

In the aftermath of the Caffeine Outbreak, survivors discovered an ancient brew deep in the ruins of Raccoon City’s last coffee shop. Known only as Resident Espresso, this jet-black serum was rumored to restore consciousness, though side effects may include excessive energy, tactical rolling, and spontaneous inventory management.

Some say Umbrella developed it to keep their agents awake during all-nighters. Others whisper that it’s simply over-brewed cold brew in disguise. Either way, one sip, and you’re back from the dead.
