Buckle up, ghost hunters! The new map has arrived! On November 11, 2025, Kinetic Games released Nell’s Diner as the latest stage for investigative terror in the popular co-op horror game Phasmophobia. Hope you’re ready for a spooky dine-in experience, because Nell’s is ready to serve up some horror with that cherry pie!

The diner setting presents a fresh twist: instead of a sprawling farmhouse, asylum or campground, you’re inside a compact, claustrophobic American eatery full of familiar trappings. At its core, Nell’s Diner is described as a small map in Phasmophobia’s classification (I’d argue its size borders medium, but I digress) yet it packs in more detail and interactivity than many older maps.
The diner is a single‐story structure, with 14 rooms total and 13 possible ghost rooms, meaning all those interior rooms could host the paranormal activity you’re hunting. It’s similar in size to the map 6 Tanglewood Drive, but denser with more rooms, more interactables, less open space. The setting is an American diner vibe, with booths, a counter, red leather stools, kitchen, storage rooms, jukebox, arcade machines and even a walk-in freezer. On the outside, the diner is located off a highway, with neon signage and an abandoned police vehicle left out front with lights still flashing. Creepy is an understatement.

One of the major pushes in this update is deeper interactivity. According to the developer interview, Nell’s Diner introduces a variety of bespoke assets (jukebox, arcade machines, kitchen equipment) and more “things to uncover” beyond simply identifying the ghost. This includes interaction with the jukebox with its somewhat nostalgic country tune, the pop machines that spit out cans of cold ones, and the arcade games that provide a sense of pixelated comfort despite the creepiness factor of the surroundings.

If you’re a regular in Phasmophobia’s ghost huntin’ community, Nell’s Diner is a must-visit map! Its combination of compact design, high interactivity, environmental storytelling, and strategic detail make it a strong addition to the game. Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or a fresh intern, expect shorter hunts but higher intensity.
Grab your spirit box, EMF reader, bring your fellow ghost huntin’ friends, and maybe skip that $1.50 cherry pie until after you survive the first hunt.
